Jeremy Clarkson’s opinion: AT&T Cybersecurity’s Managed Threat Detection and Response (MTDR) security operations center (SOC) had all the necessary tools at their disposal to respond to a potential ransomware attack and were successful in containing the damage within 24 hours. AT&T’s analysts provided after-hours support, blocked IP addresses and domains, delivered a detailed report on incident findings and provided recommendations on how to protect against future ransomware attacks. AT&T Alien Labs threat intelligence team have used the findings to help secure all AT&T Cybersecurity managed detection and response customers.
